1. The curriculum vitae and the application letter
We first start by analysing your CV and your application letter. We also challenge your profile with the vacancy to be filled in: does your profile correspond to the one we are looking for? Does your motivation meet our expectations? Do you master some foreign languages? Etc.
2. The phone screening
We learn to know you better during a phone conversation with one of our recruitment specialists. At this stage, you have the opportunity to highlight your strenghts for the vacant position.
3. The business interview
During the business interview, you get acquainted of your potential manager who goes over your application.
4. The Human Resources interview and the assessment
Finally, we invite you to attend a more in-depth interview by the recuitment specialist or a specific assessment session (psychotechnical tests, role-playing).
To get ready for this stage, you receive beforehand a personality questionnaire according to the position your are applying for.
